When my husband and I were getting close to the due date of our son, Connor, we knew it was important to start the process of finding a baby nurse to help us at home for the first few weeks. I was recommended to Exclusively Baby Nurses from several friends who had used them and loved them. From the moment I contacted Dianna at Exclusively Baby Nurses, I knew I had made the right decision. Dianna was very professional and quick to respond to my requests. After talking with us and learning exactly what we were looking for in a baby nurse, she sent us multiple resumes to review. It only took a few and we found a wonderful baby nurse whom we loved! We loved her so much we wanted her to be our full time nanny. The entire experience with Exclusively Baby Nurses was enjoyable and reliable at a very busy and hectic time in our lives. I would recommend it to anyone needing childcare assistance!

Dianna,

Thanks so much for your patience.

In January, my sister Susanne gave birth to a set of 35-week twin boys.  Her daughter was only 13 months old at the time.  The babies were on the small side but were otherwise healthy.  Unfortunately, after the delivery, my sister suffered from a severe case of pneumonia and a badly infected c-section incision that required repair surgery.  She was able to bring the babies home at two weeks, but then her fresh incision failed to heal, requiring twice-daily home visits from nurses to clean and pack the wound.  For five weeks after delivery, my mother stayed with my sister and her husband in Phoenix and helped with the kids.  But Mom is 71, and I knew she couldn't keep up with three little kids for any length of time without affecting her own health.  It was important that my mother return home to Florida for a much-needed break, but my sister still required rest in order for her wound to heal.  I live in Illinois and didn't feel I could leave my large family to help.

Through a variety of contacts, I found Exclusively Baby Nurses.  I knew if a nanny could handle triplets, then new-born twins and a one-year old probably wouldn't be much different.  With only a day's notice, Dianna was able to get a baby nurse on the job, a babyr nurse who had previously cared for triplets.  The agency was even able to accommodate the 4:00 p.m. to midnight shift that met my sister's needs (her husband works evenings), and Dianna agreed to allow me to pay the agency fee and baby nurse by credit card so my sister wouldn't have to deal with anything other than getting rest.  The baby nurse that was sent in was exactly the take-charge baby nurse I had requested.  During the two weeks she worked with my sister, she not only cared for the children so my sister could receive medical attention and get sleep, she did a lot of extras like washing bottles and giving the kids a nightly bath.  My sister told me that one day when the baby nurse arrived, my sister was sitting in the middle of the floor with all three kids, and everyone was crying.  The baby nurse immediately got a handle on the situation, and in short order, the house was quiet, and all of the kids were fed and happy.  We had only planned for my sister to have a baby nurse for one or two weeks, but after the two weeks were up, my sister really wanted help for a few more days.  The baby nurse we had in the home was already committed to another job, so Exclusively Baby Nurses, again with a day's notice, sent another baby nurse to help.  This baby nurse was an efficient, caring baby nurse who also gave the extra effort with the kids.  I'd definitely recommend the wonderful efficiency of Exclusively Baby Nurses and the loving baby nurses supplied by the agency.  I hear the baby nurses are willing to travel, so maybe that romantic get-away my husband and I thought was just a dream is a genuine possibility after all.
